Go go time

Studying for the sake of studying is not the most motivating task. I've been studying a lot these past few days, and the motivation to park my ass in the kitchen is quite lacking. The amount of material I have to learn in the next week is a bit overwhelming. Eight exams on: Real estate economics, real estate market analysis, property valuation, corporate finance, asset management, real estate finance, real estate investment and development appraisal, and quantitative techniques. While I would prefer to attack this problem with an ensemble of tranquilizers and anti-depressants, I don't know a dealer who gets his goods following fair trade standards.

I've lasted 8 months without purchasing a frozen dinner. That's right, I've made everything from scratch. So far, I've roasted about 20 whole chickens, 10 pork roasts, and 4 beef roasts. I down a lot of meat every week. On my tombstone, I would like the phrase "No meat, no eat" chiseled in there with a notch for every whole animal I've consumed.

Baseball is as much of a pastime to Americans as pigeon feeding is a past time for Britons. Pigeons don't get the same kind of abject hatred over here that Americans typically have for them. I ponder if perhaps me and my fellow Americans have it wrong. Pigeons do provide a service for society. They are nature's vacuum cleaners. While waiting for the bus home, I saw a group of pigeons attack a piece of gum stuck to the sidewalk with unadulterated fury.

they're only nature's vacuum cleaners if they clean off their own poop. the pigeons in downtown are ruthless with the car and sidewalk pooping.
